The Goals & Objectives of First Step Ministries, Inc.

The Goal for Children:
See all children develop spiritually to their fullest potential.
The task of First Step Ministries is to teach children to pray. God gave us the children as a gift of "rough gemstones". It is up to all adults, parents, pastors and children’s workers everywhere to “cut and polish” these “precious stones” so that they may come to the "full value" God created them to be.

FSM Ministry Goals & Objectives Worldwide
· Teach Children to Pray
· Target ages 6 to 12 and above.
· Provide them an understanding of the Blood Covenant.
· Teach them why they have the authority to pray, based on the Blood Covenant.
· Have them see first hand results of God answering their prayers.

Children’s Ministry: Developing “Gifts & Callings”
· Identify and develop the “gifts & callings” God has instilled in all children.
· Help train parents, pastors and children’s workers to mature these “gifts and callings”.
· Help and allow children to exercise these gifts in a safe environment.
· Show children short & long-term benefits to finding their place in the Body of Christ.

Additonal FSM Ministry Goals & Objectives
Travel to less well traveled and remote parts of the world to:
· Preach the Good News to the lost.
· Pray for sick.
· Share Our Heavenly Father's love for all people groups worldwide.
· Teach the basic tenets of the Christian faith.
